Some people question whether sugar addiction is actually a thing, but for people who are addicted to sugar it is no laughing matter. In fact, it can be very serious. One study conducted in 2017 in America was bold enough to state that sugar is as addictive as cocaine.
Poor diet is the leading cause of deaths in our western society, even bigger than smoking related illnesses. Sugar is linked to heart disease, strokes, diabetes, cancers, dementia and even depression. This is not to mention other conditions such as brain fog, poor skin, lethargy, poor sleep, the list goes on.

It’s over a year ago when I decided to do something about my sugar addiction. Jacqueline helped me with hypnosis. Hypnosis. I haven’t eaten (or wanted to eat) sugary food.
